About the Role:
This Specification Consultant position requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively promote our architectural lighting products in the local market. You will be working closely with our sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on generating project specifications through active promotion and collaboration with key influencers such as lighting designers, architects, consulting engineers, and other industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
* Promote WAC Lighting products to potential clients and specify projects
* Work closely with partners to develop specification strategies and share market insights
* Participate in and organize industry events to engage with the local lighting community
* Analyze market dynamics and adjust sales plans accordingly
* Share valuable insights from the field with the product development and marketing teams

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales with a strong network within the local lighting specification community
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a likable and positive attitude
* Strong understanding of project specification business procedures, lighting design principles, electrical systems, and the latest lighting technology
* Fluency in English and the local language
* Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events
