Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the success of our Board Director Programme. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with databases, learning management systems, and event planning software. They should be comfortable with technical tools and willing to learn new systems as needed.
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director in managing administrative tasks, including basic project management, documentation, and follow-up calls to partners.
- Coordinate events, venues, catering, and speakers' arrangements via online platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute digital and print campaigns, track success, and develop marketing collateral and PR initiatives.
- Manage databases for the Board Director Programme, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide operational support for NED Diploma students and professors, including managing applications, communication, and basic tech support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in programme coordination, operations, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
