Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with excellent programme and curriculum management skills to lead the master programme to achieve its strategic goals. The appointee will be responsible for planning and implementing student recruiting and marketing strategies, managing the budget and accounting operations, providing administrative support, and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective programme management strategies to achieve academic excellence
  • Plan and execute student recruiting and marketing campaigns to attract top talent
  • Manage the programme's budget and financial operations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Director and Associate Director
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to organize and participate in programme events
  • Supervise and coach support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience in higher education institutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Self-motivation, ability to multitask, and work under pressure
  • Strong organisational, management, and analytical skills
  • Experience in student recruiting and marketing within an education context
  • High computer proficiency

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of HK$60,000 - HK$80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
