They lead the team in executing online and offline strategic plans, focusing on maximizing in-store excellence and outperforming competitors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, +8 years' experience in Key Account Management, and the ability to drive strategic thinking. Strong negotiation skills, fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), and excellent communication skills are essential. We're looking for professionals who can build accurate forecasts, remain agile, and closely work with internal and external supply chains to deliver KPIs.
