Your Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities with external payment channels, leveraging your expertise in crypto and traditional payment ecosystems.
  • Pitch Development: Craft compelling pitches that articulate our value proposition and decode the risk appetite, capabilities, and commercial agendas of potential partners.
  • Collaboration Execution: Lead end-to-end collaboration execution, including mutual KYB onboarding, commercial negotiations, IT integration, workflow monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Relationship Building: Foster cost-efficient, strategic relationships that enhance our position in the crypto and fiat payment landscape.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Business Development, Legal, and Compliance teams in Hong Kong, and Operations and IT teams in mainland China, reporting directly to the CEO.

Your Qualifications

  • Crypto Knowledge: A deep understanding of both crypto and traditional payment ecosystems.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into compelling proposals.
  • Linguistic Abilities: Fluency in English and Mandarin, with a proven ability to navigate cross-border, cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on Experience: Experience in KYB processes, commercial negotiations, and IT integrations.
  • Globally Minded: A globally minded individual, ready to thrive in our vibrant Hong Kong office.
