Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Facilities Officer to join our Property team in Hong Kong. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at our properties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations at assigned properties, ensuring efficient delivery of facilities services and maintenance work.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely provision of daily facilities services and maintenance work.
  • Supervise security and general management tasks, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Property Management Systems to manage and record properties and facilities matters.
  • Oversee inventory management, arranging ordering as required.
  • Collaborate with lifestyle and housekeeping teams to create a hassle-free city living environment.
  • Respond to emergency incidents at assigned properties.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in property or facilities & maintenance management.
  • Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management, Properties Management, Hospitality, or Building Services related subject.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Positive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior hotel or serviced apartment experience is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
