**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate (Life Operations) to provide administrative support to our team at HKMC Annuity Limited.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document management, scanning, and mail processing.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide office support to the team as required.
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks and projects.

**Requirements:**

  • Form 5 or above with a minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative duties.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Excel and Word, and Chinese word processing.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong sense of commitment and ability to work under pressure with tight schedules.
  • Ability to work as a team player with good problem-solving skills.
