We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Chapter and drive the development of our data analytics capabilities. As the Head of Data Excellence you will be responsible for leading a team of data specialists and driving the implementation of our data strategy across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement the roadmap for the Data Chapter to deliver value across multiple business lines.
  2. Lead and develop teams in the fields of Marketing Campaign Science, Data Science and Analytics Infrastructure.
  3. Identify and implement new capabilities to drive business value.
  4. Develop and implement an effective operating model to integrate with Group Analytics teams.
  5. Act as a senior stakeholder and ambassador for the Data Chapter.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, data science and data platforms.
  • Extensive experience in data and analytics in a complex business environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management at scale in the field of data.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
