Job Title: Platform Delivery and Operations Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Delivery and Operations Lead to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our platform-wide requirements, system analysis, and design.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with Oracle and System Implementer to lead platform-wide requirement studies, system analysis, and design.
  2. Work with Oracle and System Implementer to draw up the plan on platform solution planning, service delivery, technical monitoring, and support plan and activities.
  3. Collaborate with Cyber Security Architects and Network Security Architects to ensure the security of the Oracle platform and its connectivity.
  4. Work with System Implementer to lead and manage platform release and identify and address its implications to project and daily operations.
  5. Participate in system development/deployment, testing, automation, training, system cutover/rollout, documentation, maintenance, and support.
  6. Plan, design, and implement integration processes, including creating documentation, identifying systems integration needs for the functions, designing, and delivering the solution.
  7. Review integrated solutions and discover any possibility of solution integration optimization, drive improvement actions.
  8. Execute solution integration optimization and improvement actions.
  9. Understand features of ERP systems and other adjacent systems according to integration architecture laid out by integration architect.
  10. Plan for potential integration challenges.
  11. Monitor integration performance.

Requirements

Requirements for Success

  1. A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. At least 5-8 years of experience in ERP platform delivery, Oracle ERP experience preferred.
  3. Proven professional experience in cloud service/platform delivery.
  4. Experience in Agile ways of working, principles, and delivery.
  5. Project management experience an advantage.
  6. Strong team management skill.
  7. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills, self-driving, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  9. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and detail-minded.

Additionally:

  1. 4-6 years of professional experience in IT/Digital.
  2. Prior experience in ERP/Digital projects with integration experience.
  3. Prior experience in multi-system integration and cloud projects.
  4. Experience with the implementation of continuous integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery, and regression test.
  5. Able to adapt and work with colleagues from different functions with different business needs.
  6. Attention to detail and excellent analytic skills.
