About the Role

KPMG China is seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our Technology Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of digital, technology, and digital transformation projects, collaborating with other consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of developers to develop purpose-built solutions using Enterprise Java technologies and related frameworks.
  • Support solution architects in solution definition and design, including solution architecture, integration design, network design, microservice design, and catering non-functional requirements.
  • Use diagram tools and methodologies to create visual representations of business and application capabilities, features, and functions.
  • Lead consultants and developers on-shore and off-shore on related development tasks, quality check, and validate deliverables according to design documents.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions focusing on backend systems and related integrations.
  • Oversee unit and integration testing to ensure applications or technical environments meet requirements.
  • Continuously learn new methodologies and technologies and be part of a community focusing on agile delivery and principles.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Java and/or Spring Boot.
  • Evidence of track-records in continuous delivery principles and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps).
  • Container platforms and related tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS).
  • MS SQL or Oracle database design.
  • Microservice designs.
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions in Azure/AWS stack.
  • Hands-on experience in backend system microservice design.
  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles.
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent command of both English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification in Solution Architecture (Azure/AWS) or Enterprise Architect (TOGAF) a plus.
  • You have a non-stop drive to go out of your comfort zone to guarantee an end-to-end solution.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst.
