TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join their transformation team. As a PMO, you will play a critical role in managing project governance, status reporting, budgeting, and benefit realization for multiple projects across business and technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure effective project management
  • Manage project status reporting, including regular updates to stakeholders
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and realize project benefits
  • Provide stakeholder management and communication support to ensure project success

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in a PMO role, with some project management experience preferred
  • Proven experience working in large companies
  • Strong status reporting, stakeholder management, and budget tracking skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English languages
