Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing various compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
- Managing monthly pay process in relation to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.
- Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records, and related information.
- Providing advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.
- Preparing management reports based upon information within the payroll system.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree holder.
- Solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience in using SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
- Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
