About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior C&B professional to join our team in this key role.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing various compensation and benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Managing monthly pay process in relation to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.
  • Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records, and related information.
  • Providing advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities.
  • Preparing management reports based upon information within the payroll system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree holder.
  • Solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for a sizable organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience in using SAP Success Factors is an advantage.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
