Strategic HNW Segment Lead

Dah Sing Financial Group is a leading financial services provider in Hong Kong, offering a comprehensive range of banking, insurance, and financial services through its extensive network of branches in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.
Salary: HK$800,000 - HK$1,200,000 per annumAs a Senior Manager, Segment Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality and profitability of our high net worth segments. You will lead a team to drive the growth of our DSB VIP Banking portfolio by executing effective business and marketing plans to deliver outstanding performance in terms of customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute acquisition, growth, and retention strategies for high net worth customers to achieve business targets and improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer behavior and needs, referencing market research and customer profiles, to propose actionable initiatives for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, and retention.
- Collaborate with product and channel teams to cross-sell suitable products and services that meet target customers' needs, ultimately driving profitability of our high net worth segments.
- Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events, conducting evaluations and reviews to ensure efficient use of approved marketing budgets.
- Work closely with counterparts to develop user-friendly and cost-effective sales and service platforms to enhance customer experience at various touch points.
- Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates to ensure they are competent in performing their jobs.
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in prestige customer segment marketing, and in the banking field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
