Classy Wheeler Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecom sourcing and pricing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, maintaining vendor profiles, negotiating contracts, and building partnerships.
  2. Preparing management reports on sourcing, market price trends, and vendor performance evaluations.
  3. Assisting in RFP responses, evaluating customer target prices, and maximizing order profits.
  4. Interacting with regional carriers, understanding local product offerings, reviewing commercial terms, and analyzing supplier price books.
  5. Making quotations to frontline pricing or sales managers, assisting in order placement, and ensuring solutions are deliverable by the provisioning team.
  6. Managing and controlling procurement chains, preparing cost-saving reports, and reducing overall costs in both regional and vendor dimensions.
  7. Managing regional suppliers and vendors, leading negotiations, and signing MSA/SLA agreements under the support of the Vendor Management team.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. Degree holder with solid experience in the telecommunication industry and sound knowledge of carrier vendors' workflow.
  2. Understanding of profit margin analysis, underlying product cost elements, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  3. Strong customer-oriented skills, with the ability to work as a team player.
  4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, initiative, and able to work under pressure.
  5. Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
  7. Ongoing travel may be required.
