**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Services Manager to join our team in Greater China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate administration services, including facilities management, office supplies, office security, catering, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing budgets, actuals, cost centers, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within established targets. This includes identifying and driving cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.

The successful candidate will also review and update administration policies/operational procedures to ensure seamless alignment and implementation across both headquarters and local projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a sizable administration team in Greater China
  • Executing group projects and coordinating with cross-functional parties
  • Managing third-party service providers and vendors to ensure SLAs are delivered
  • Reviewing and updating administration policies/operational procedures

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial level
  • Experience in leading office renovation and relocation projects
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, group sourcing/procurement, and facilities outsourcing models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
