Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement technology strategies that meet business objectives, including store operations, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes with existing infrastructure.
  3. Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the success of implemented changes and identify areas for further improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retail operations processes and systems.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on retail systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in retail systems design and delivery with successful implementation references.
  • Strong understanding of retail processes and store operations principles.
  • Ability to think strategically, tactically, and operationally.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
