About This Opportunity

This role requires a degree holder in Computing Information System or equivalent discipline, with at least 3 years of working experience in performing business analysis and testing management, preferably in the retail industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage e-commerce project testing and implementation to live.
  2. Perform business analysis and user requirement studies for various e-commerce systems.
  3. Review different technical functional designs to coach local market operations stakeholders on end-to-end testing preparation and rollout preparation to live.
  4. Formulate Test Plans and guide QA teams to conduct testing.
  5. Report delivery testing progress against schedules, test metrics to reflect quality, and rollout blockers.
  6. Manage technical teams for critical project blockers to provide possible solutions.
  7. Monitor entire testing activities and quality delivery on schedule.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computing Information System or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in performing business analysis and testing management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good communication in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken; spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
