This role will involve working closely with merchants to understand their e-commerce needs and providing them with expert advice and guidance on how to improve their logistics operations.

About the Role:
  • You will work with merchants to identify areas for improvement in their logistics operations.
  • You will develop and implement plans to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new business strategies in logistics.
  • You will review and revise cooperation plans based on both internal and partner needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or e-commerce.
  • Past experience in customer service, account management, courier service operations, or sales support.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with 3PL partners.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
