As a Global Business Partnership Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the setup and growth of our new OTC business. Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end setup of the OTC desk, including onboarding clients and managing product integrations.
- Assisting in developing market entry strategies by analyzing country-specific regulations and identifying key opportunities and challenges.
- Working closely with banking partners to set up accounts that support OTC operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting the expansion of our global presence and product offerings through partnerships and licensing applications.
- Partnering with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Driving processes and managing project timelines and deliverables for seamless execution.
Key Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent, with strong ability to manage complex projects.
- Understanding of the OTC trading landscape, including market trends, client behaviors, and regulatory considerations.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a results-oriented mindset.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales trading, preferably in OTC or financial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive market expansion and operational success.
