Job Description:

  • The Senior Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance agency, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • This includes implementing new recruit application processes, conducting due diligence, and managing license registrations and contracting.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting insurance agencies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage new recruit applications, including background checks and license verifications.
  2. Develop and maintain operating procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
  3. Draft and revise contract agreements, including Agent Agreement and Manager Agreement.
  4. Collaborate with team members to provide market intelligence and presentations.
  5. Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  6. Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with 5 years' working experience.
  • Mature, patient, and meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Independent problem-solver with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written English and Chinese languages.
