Job Description:
- The Senior Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance agency, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- This includes implementing new recruit application processes, conducting due diligence, and managing license registrations and contracting.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience in supporting insurance agencies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage new recruit applications, including background checks and license verifications.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Draft and revise contract agreements, including Agent Agreement and Manager Agreement.
- Collaborate with team members to provide market intelligence and presentations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- University graduate with 5 years' working experience.
- Mature, patient, and meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Independent problem-solver with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese languages.
