Risk and Compliance - Special Credit Operations

The Special Credit Operations team is responsible for corporate recovery. Key responsibilities include managing non-performing loans and evaluating related impairment provisions and write-offs within the corporate portfolio.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled professional to join our department as Manager of Special Credit Operations (Account Management).
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Special Credit Operations in planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of the corporate recovery function for the Bank. Monitor the overall trends of non-performing loans and specific impairment provisions. Develop corporate recovery strategies and implement recovery actions to maximize recovery returns and minimize credit losses and costs for the Bank. Conduct event-based and thematic reviews on co-managed accounts or other designated high-risk accounts to identify risks and credit concerns, establishing proactive risk mitigation strategies with key stakeholders. Perform tasks related to financial, regulatory, and management reporting.Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or equivalent qualifications. At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit risk management or corporate recovery within a regulated environment. Strong sense of ownership and a customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
