Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Financial Systems to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of financial planning, budgeting, and supply chain management systems.

You will lead a team of system analysts and developers to manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Your expertise in large-scale ERP implementation, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite, will be invaluable to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of system analysts/developers and vendors to manage implementation projects for financial planning, budgeting, and supply chain management.
  • Engage business users to compile accurate business requirements to formulate technical specifications for new solutions.
  • Collaborate with business departments and IT management to align enterprise information systems solutions with business needs and drive technology innovations.
  • Manage system project execution from beginning to end to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks during the project implementation lifecycle and perform prompt escalation to the project steering committee.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial/senior supervisory level.
  • Proven experience in implementing large-scale ERP (particularly for financial and supply chain management or Hyperion Planning), primarily with Oracle suite of products (Oracle E-Business Suite).
  • Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud is an advantage.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, as well as stakeholder/vendor and contract management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
