Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory services to Senior Management on strategies, manpower planning, and retention/expansion matters.
  • Collaborate with Management and Engineering Department Heads to understand their needs and provide HR advice.
  • Act as a team leader and mentor to motivate and maximize the potential of team members.
  • Facilitate succession planning and performance management issues.
  • Liaise with the TA team for hiring needs and monitor the hiring process.
  • Participate in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, and salary review.
