Assistant Customer Service Manager Role

The role of Assistant Customer Service Manager in our Relief Team requires a customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in overseeing customer service and counter operations in our branch.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate sound knowledge of branch operations and banking related ordinances, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, including 1-2 years at managerial level, is required.
