Job Overview

Aptitude Asia seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Solutions Expert to join our esteemed team. This role will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware and software components.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Provide timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Device Management: Configure, decommission, install, or relocate devices as required, adhering to global builds templates and agreed business service levels.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Manage and maintain hardware and software assets, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements.
  • Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication between devices and systems.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing their impact on operations.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, conducting regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment or customer support role, preferably in an MNC/Financial Sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite). Familiarity with technical troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a comprehensive compensation package.
