As a Front Desk Coordinator at Bird & Bird, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk services. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality services to our clients and colleagues in a professional and efficient manner.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors, providing them with information about the firm and its services
  • Managing meeting room bookings and scheduling, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for client meetings and presentations
  • Coordinating office maintenance services, including liaison with vendors and contractors
  • Handling daily incoming faxes and emails, screening and dispatching them to the appropriate parties
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A positive and 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
