Job Title: Head of Client Support Services

Guy Carpenter is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Support Services team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance client experience and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality client service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Guy Carpenter remains a leader in the reinsurance market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in reinsurance operations, with a strong background in technical accounts, claims, and reinsurance contracts.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a minimum of 8 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of market practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
