Role Overview

Your responsibility will be to design practice solutions that ensure engagements align with client needs, business requirements, and future growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Define, maintain, and enhance practice offerings to support business objectives, strategic development roadmaps, and client business needs.


• Design, enhance, and implement practice offerings to cater to specific client requirements and seize market opportunities.


• Consult with sales, account management, and clients to determine the appropriate practice offerings that meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.


• Advise clients on the most strategic technology initiatives within a practice area.


• Act as a pre-sales support specialist as necessary, collaborating with sales and account management to create and close sales opportunities. This may involve developing proposals/statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and delivering presentations to prospects.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, development, sales, and senior management, to define and support the assigned practice area.


• Cultivate relationships, define consulting engagements to support relationship needs, and promote initiatives.


• Maintain high-quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to secure referrals for new clients and achieve outstanding client satisfaction and loyalty.


• Identify opportunities for business process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.


• Ensure the practice provides industry thought leadership.


• Mentor and develop resources to enhance practice knowledge within the services organization.


• Research and resolve critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner.


• Provide technical and business domain expertise.


• Engage directly with clients and may travel to client sites as needed.


• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications


• Background in project management and consulting for large, complex projects within industry practices


• Strong business acumen


• Preferred experience in treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporates and/or banking and financial services


• Upper stakeholder management experience


• Experience in sales support

• Strong negotiation skills regarding complex issues

• Adaptable and capable of performing well in fast-paced, changing business environments

• Commitment to continuous improvement

• Honest, ethical, and consistent in actions and words
