Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer - Structure to join our team. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for technical leadership and management of engineering design delivery, project management, and design management of our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for engineering design delivery
- Undertake peer design reviews on projects
- Review calculations, drawings, specifications on projects
- Project Management and Design Management of our consultancy services, delivering projects to time and to budget
- Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers
- Co-ordination, collaboration and management of other discipline inputs into projects
- Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or equivalent related;
- Corporate Member of HKIE(Civil/Structural)/ICE/IStructE;
- A minimum of 5-8 years' post-chartered experience;
- Must have relevant major building project construction experience in A&A, RC, prestress concrete & structural steelwork;
- Experienced as a Resident Engineer is highly preferred;
- Good communication skill in English and Cantonese.
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Principal Engineer.
