Financial Manager, Asia Investment

As a key member of the Asia Finance team, you will be responsible for performing daily finance operations, including expense tracking, approvals, journal entries, and payments processing. You will also be responsible for reconciliations and period-end reporting in accordance with the reporting timeline set by Asia Finance teams.
Key Accountabilities- Prepare timely and accurate analysis of budgets and monthly/quarterly results and forecasts through close interaction with the business.
- Act as a liaison with budget supervisors, business units, and Corporate to ensure the meeting of overall Company financial goals.
- Prepare periodic FRR regulatory reporting and handle ad hoc requests from management.
- Liaise with fund administrators to handle full sets of financial statements independently.
- University graduate in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Min. 10 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in asset and wealth management sector.
- Qualified CPA is a must.
- Experience in liaising with auditors and SFC regulatory filing are required.
- Investment accounting experience is an advantage.
- Solid accounting and SFC financial reporting knowledge.
- Familiar with relevant SFC regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge about the operations of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
- Computer skills particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
