Job Description

The Senior Financial Planning Manager - Asia Investment will play a key role in shaping our investment strategy and driving business growth in Asia. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans that meet or exceed our company's growth targets;
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team on investment decisions and risk management;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry partners;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Liaise with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication;
  • Collaborate with external experts, such as auditors and consultants, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on investment management;
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven financial plans and strategies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial modeling tools.
