Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis reports comparing current month performance against last month, budget, and year-over-year results.
  • Analyze product pricing, funding, and margin variances against budget.
  • Develop and deliver timely management meeting materials with in-depth explanations at the divisional level.
  • Maintain accurate records of monthly cost allocation and expenses.
  • Provide operating expenses reports to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate in devising product profitability reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, sales targets, dashboards, and metrics to achieve divisional objectives.
  • Prepare RM productivity reports.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required.
Incumbent Requirements:
  • A degree in Banking/Finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance, business planning, and analytics.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-evolving operating environment and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A positive attitude, strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficiency in VBA and Macro usage/query is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
