About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for handling sourcing activities, including data entry, sample handling and packing, order processing, and other ad hoc duties. You will work closely with suppliers and overseas customers to ensure smooth communication and delivery of goods.

Key Tasks

  • Source and procure materials and products as required
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system
  • Handle and pack samples, preparing them for shipping
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team leader

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any field
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word
