Medical Affairs Manager

We're seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering medical priorities of assigned products, collaborating with brand teams, and building close relationships with local physicians and key access stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities and scientific engagement of scientific expert and clinical expert
  • Respond to customer questions and needs received through Medical Information and sales team
  • Support the planning and implementation of Advisory Boards, education meetings, and scientific exchange meetings
  • Develop and maintain collaborations and relationships with relevant professional societies
  • Deliver scientific, educational, promotional presentations internally and to customers

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in health sciences; M.D., MBA a plus
  • 2-3 years of relevant medical affairs/medical liaison experiences required
  • Preferred clinical or industrial experience in immunology, dermatology, or rheumatology

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen to provide strategic direction to meet the organization goals
  • Ability to translate scientific data into clear and compliant content for customer communications and engagement
  • Knowledge and experience at the customer interface
  • Ability to effectively partner across multiple functions
