The Dah Sing Financial Group is a leading financial services organization in Hong Kong offering banking, insurance, and other related services through its extensive network of over 70 branches in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.

Job Purpose:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to amplify the Group's corporate brand and customer values, as well as its market positioning.

• Build and manage the Group's PR and media image and profile through proactive strategy and initiatives at corporate and business levels.

• Drive best practices in and communications of the Group's ESG strategy and disclosures to improve internal and external stakeholder engagement.

• Implement the Group's CSR and corporate volunteering strategy to create positive social impact.

• Manage and coordinate the Group's crisis communications efforts and mitigate potential reputational risks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an impactful communications strategy to amplify the Group's corporate brand and customer values, as well as its market positioning.

• Develop, guide, and manage the Group's PR / media relations profile in line with our brand image and positioning:

• Develop and drive PR / media relations programs to build awareness of the Group's corporate image and capabilities across different business divisions.

• Provide guidance and advice to the Bank's retail banking marketing communications team to develop impact messaging to enhance competitive share of voice, including but not limited to media engagement programs, press interviews, and events, media awards, and sponsorships as opportunities arise.

• Provide advice and guidance to Group subsidiaries as necessary on their media relations strategy to build positive brand presence, including in the GBA, and to ensure alignment of best practices and corporate messaging at the Group level, and

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relations with local and/or regional media, KOLs, and other key stakeholders to drive positive media presence.

• Build and manage the Group's LinkedIn profile to enhance its employer brand image.

• Lead in the development of communications tools, which may include but are not limited to, customer communications, press releases, corporate pitchbooks, and videos, management scripts, and/or other communications materials in both traditional and digital spectrums.

• Manage and direct the team's resources to drive best practices in and communications of the Group's ESG strategy and disclosures to improve internal and external stakeholder engagement:

• Manage and coordinate the Group's ESG and CSR strategy implementation and improve stakeholder communications impact, with audiences ranging from the media, beneficiaries, and staff at one end, to management, shareholders, and directors at the other end of the spectrum.

• Oversee coordination of reports and updates to the Board and the Group's ESG committee meeting.

• Oversee coordination in the preparation of the annual English and Chinese ESG Reports in full compliance with regulatory disclosure needs.

• Drive and manage the Group's CSR and corporate volunteering strategy implementation to create positive social impact.

• Identify and implement corporate sponsorships that amplify the Group's brand image and stakeholder reach in its key markets.

• Drive and coordinate the Group's crisis communications and reputation risk management efforts.

• Manage the Group's media monitoring reporting to senior management and key internal stakeholders.

• Manage, track, and ensure responsible and effective use of allocated resources and budgets for all assigned communications initiatives.

• Manage and coach a team of direct reports in the timely and quality execution of marketing and communications programs and initiatives.
