We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Share Registry. Reporting to a Team Lead of our Share Registry Teams, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities include assisting the team leader in providing top-notch client service to companies listed in Hong Kong, processing share registration related duties, and giving advice on timing and logistics for corporate action assignments. You will also support listed clients' General Meetings held in Hong Kong and carry out other duties assigned by the team lead.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' relevant experience in Share Registry or Securities Industry. Prior experience in Securities Industry is preferable but not essential. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, and being a member or student member of HKCGI is an advantage.
Our IPO & Share Registry Business Unit under Greater China has a 50% market share in the HK market acting as the Hong Kong Share Registrar for HKEX Listed Companies. You will be part of this team and contribute to its success.
