Job Overview

This full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, reporting to a Team Lead of our Share Registry Teams. The successful candidate will work in our IPO & Share Registry Business Unit under Greater China, which has a 50% market share in the HK market acting as the Hong Kong Share Registrar for HKEX Listed Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist team leaders in providing top-notch client service to listed clients
• Process share registration duties to maintain accurate records of members
• Provide guidance on timing and logistics for corporate actions
• Support general meetings by handling shareholder registration and vote counting
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years' relevant experience in share registry or securities industries. Prior experience in securities is preferable but not essential. You must also possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills, as well as good interpersonal and customer service skills.
