Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical for driving the company's growth and ensuring its strong presence in the sensor market, particularly in emerging regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.

This includes building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends, especially in ASEAN and the Middle East.

They will stay updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Negotiation skills are essential for this role, as the Sales Manager will negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Frequent travel is required for client visits, mainly to China and Southeast Asia, to maintain and develop business relationships.
