- We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
The Job:
- As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of our children's amusement center chain business in Hong Kong.
- Your primary objective will be to develop and execute approved business plans and brand strategies, focusing on achieving revenue targets through quality operations, exceptional customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts.
- You will establish and manage an efficient operation team, standardize procedures, and maintain market competitiveness.
- Additionally, you will lead a team of four operations members and 20-30 frontline staff.
- A strong background in retail operations management, particularly in children's products, family entertainment, and retail industries, is highly desirable.
- Candidates must hold a degree and possess at least five years of managerial experience in similar roles in Hong Kong.
Working Conditions:
- Standard working hours: 9 hours per day.
- Beneficial leave package, including eight days off per month, bank holidays, birthday leave, and medical insurance.
- Office location: Kwai Fong.
