We are seeking a highly experienced HR and Administrative Lead to manage our HR and administrative functions in Hong Kong and oversee operations at our Dongguan factory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR and administrative team in Hong Kong, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Oversee and monitor HR and administrative functions at the Dongguan factory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, collaborating with the Operation Director.
- Degree holder with 8+ years of experience in human resources and office administration.
- At least 2 years of experience working in manufacturers with factories in China.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision required.
