">Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced SALES MANAGER to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base, primarily focusing on emerging markets.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base, primarily focusing on emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends, especially in ASEAN and the Middle East.
- Stay updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Work closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Frequently travel for client visits, mainly to China and Southeast Asia, to maintain and develop business relationships.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Knowledge of sensor applications in automotives, home electrical appliances, industrial control, office automation, and intelligent security.
- Understanding of market dynamics in ASEAN, the Middle East, and other emerging markets.
