  • Experience in the consumer financial services sector with a robust understanding of unsecured asset products such as credit cards, payments, and personal loans.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing strategies and communication plans for retail credit cards, demonstrating success in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives and high-profile multi-channel communication programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage product launches, budgeting, creative ideation, media planning, and third-party vendor coordination.
  • Experience in retail banking within the APAC region, with familiarity in large banking environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities, initiating product ideas and ongoing feature enhancements tailored to specific target segments.
  • Oversee product launches for cards and loans, coordinating comprehensive marketing activities across various Asian markets.
  • Work in collaboration with market teams, digital marketing, and other departments to launch new products or refresh existing offerings.
  • Lead channel initiatives and create marketing materials to boost new-to-bank volume for all significant product launches and updates.
  • Measure success through KPIs such as campaign effectiveness, ROI, brand equity metrics, new card acquisition rates, customer activation, retention metrics, and overall revenue growth.
