About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Strategy Executive to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing regional marketing strategies to achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Regional Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective regional marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
- Lead Marketing Activities: Plan and execute regional marketing and channel activities, including events, digital marketing, and telemarketing campaigns, to generate marketing qualified leads.
- Market Research and Intelligence: Conduct market research and intelligence analysis to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise junior marketing members in the team to execute marketing projects and ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, channel partners, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Marketing Operations: Support the maintenance of marketing operation processes and customer database.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree holder or above in marketing, business studies, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Min 5 years relevant experience, preferably in Telecommunication/ISP, IDC, or technology industry.
- Skills and Qualities: Creative, strong marketing sense, strong sense of ownership, team player with good communication and presentation skills, strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced market situation, experienced in digital marketing and field marketing, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Travel Requirements: Business travel is required.
