This position sits under the APAC Office at Options Group. You will be responsible for driving business performance, analyzing financial data, and developing growth strategies in Asia.

  • Conduct in-depth business and financial analysis to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate the cost-benefits of existing products, distribution channels, and partnerships.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business goals across the region.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to review KPIs, product performances, and plans of action.
  • Present findings to the C-Suites on a monthly basis.
  • Build long-term relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 8-12 years of experience in business finance or performance management from the insurance industry.
  • Regional experience is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, markets, and financials.
  • A flexible and strategic mindset to drive business growth.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
