Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Leasing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at K11 ARTUS.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in corporate sales or leasing, preferably in the hotel or property industry. As a Sales & Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for handling daily leasing enquiries and resident matters, including sales support material, proposal and agreement preparation.

You will work closely with internal parties and external customers, such as relocation and property agencies, existing and potential residents, and vendors. Additionally, you will conduct site visits and maintain good relationships with tenants through providing quality services.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. A good team player with a strong work ethic is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry and residents matters including sales support material, proposal and agreement preparation.
  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in coordinating sales-related activities, including conducting market research, quarterly promotions, market strategy, and site inspections.
  • Responsible for upkeep of the database in Flexsystem.
  • Work closely with internal parties and external customers e.g. relocation and property agencies, existing and potential residents, and vendors.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Conduct site visits and maintain good relationships with tenants through providing quality services.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Development or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' solid corporate sales or leasing experience in the hotel or property industry, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Experience in handling luxury residential properties will be an advantage.
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua.
  • Good computer knowledge in Windows and MS Office; knowledge of Opera system/Flexsystem is an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales & Leasing Manager.
