About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the delivery of key workstreams, including the onboarding of funds on the workflow platform and the prioritized backlog. You will work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Change, and IT to ensure collaborative engagement and orchestrate execution across the entire delivery value chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end delivery ownership of prioritized backlog, including requirements gathering, user stories, solution design, and testing support
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure collaborative engagement and orchestrate execution across the delivery value chain
  • Requirements gathering, user story development, and facilitation of requirements workshops and user story grooming sessions
  • Communication and analysis of user stories, prioritization based on business value, technical complexity, and other factors
  • Solution design and testing support, including defining acceptance and validation criteria
  • Continuous improvement and process enhancements within the Agile framework
  • Maintenance of comprehensive documentation of business requirements, user stories, and process flows
Requirements
  • Proven track record and strong experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
  • Experience of working on ServiceNow workflow solutions and awareness of ServiceNow workflow features
  • Strong knowledge of Markets and Securities Services Middle and Back Office, including Fund Services, and Cash Securities; operations as a function, asset classes, products, industry-wide systems, and processes
  • Experience of being involved in and managed successful delivery of large and complex operational change from initiation to deployment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with requirements management tools and Agile project management tools
