At MUFG, we are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to provide exceptional support to our corporate bank clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to clients' requests for information and problem solutions across our TB products, including e-banking channels and cash management products.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering one-stop service from product introduction to implementation and post-sale support. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring a positive client experience and driving client loyalty and revenue growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work closely with our TB Sales teams and Coverage teams to provide exceptional client service. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and client-friendly responses to client service requests.

The ideal candidate will have Written & spoken Business Japanese skills, a degree in a relevant field, and working experience in banking or customer services. You will be self-motivated, willing to learn, and have a can-do attitude.

  • Act as the primary point of support to corporate bank clients, to respond to clients' requests for information and problem solutions across TB products, including e-banking channels and cash management products;
  • Deliver excellent and one-stop service to clients, from CMS products introduction, implementation arrangement as well as post-sale support to clients;
  • Work closely with TB Sales teams and Coverage teams to provide a positive client experience that ensure client loyalty and revenue retention and growth;
  • Coordinate amongst internal stakeholders to ensure all clients' service requests to be responded in a timely, accurate and client-friendly manner;
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Written & spoken Business Japanese is a MUST;
  • Degree holder with working experience in banking or customer services, we welcome fresh graduate;
  • Client focused and willing to go beyond the expectations;
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn with a can-do attitude;
  • Good communication, customer support and problem solving skills;
  • Proficiency in both of English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • Comfortable with technology and MS Office applications.
