Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for providing IT support services, implementing application systems, and network integration. They will manage projects, collect business requirements, design, prepare system documentation, and testing. Additionally, they will provide support on logistic/trading business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing ERP and WMS systems, and integrating them with supply chain processes
  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements to inform system design and development
  • Preparing comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides
  • Testing and validating system functionality to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Senior Business Analyst must have:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, system implementation, and application support
  • Experience working with ERP and WMS systems, as well as supply chain processes
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience working with cloud-based ERP systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain automation and optimization techniques

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
