Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Brio Energy. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing international logistics, ensuring seamless delivery of goods to our clients.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or logistics.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in logistics operations, with a focus on international transportation and shipping.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with E2Open Amber Road systems and other logistics software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage international shipments, including ocean, air, rail, and road transport.
  • Maintain close relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with the Director in Hong Kong to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including shipment tracking and ISF filing.
