About the Role

The Advertising & Partnerships team at foodpanda focuses on creating premium experiences for top-tier banking, FMCG, and retail partners. We own the growth and development of these partnerships, striving to achieve and expand our win-win relationship to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent foodpanda as an ambassador, develop a trusted advisor relationship with new and existing key retail/FMCG brands, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner vendors.
  • Work with our strategic accounts to develop their online strategy and operations to maximize their earnings from foodpanda.
  • Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and research and execute scalable solutions.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner vendors' needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users' requirements, and coordinate with the service provider to fulfill company needs.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of solid experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and draw inference from data.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partner vendors' needs.
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory.
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred.
